1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 88gf platform, available at 88gf.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "we", "our", "us"). 88gf is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or using any of its features, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created by completing the registration process on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 88gf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Attempting to access gambling services as a minor is strictly prohibited. 88gf reserves the right to request age-verification documentation (such as a valid CNIC, passport or driving license) at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted — including Pakistan, where the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 applies — you access this Platform at your own risk and in full knowledge of the applicable legal framework. 88gf makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one registered account. The creation of duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

4.4 No Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to use the Platform in any capacity:

• Individuals who have previously been excluded, banned or restricted by 88gf or any associated operator;
• Employees, contractors or agents of 88gf or its affiliated companies;
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling through any operator or national scheme and whose exclusion period has not yet expired;
• Any individual acting on behalf of or for the financial benefit of a third party in relation to gambling activity.

5 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform you will be required to create an account by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a secure password. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to keep that information up to date;
• Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity, age or location;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share account credentials with any third party;
• Notify 88gf immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

88gf reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that registration information is false, incomplete or misleading.

5.1 KYC Verification

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations, 88gf may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your use of the Platform. You may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.

6 Platform Use & Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international law;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of technical errors or system vulnerabilities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to access, scrape or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any associated database;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software used on the Platform;
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or Platform staff;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or attempting to use the Platform to obscure the origins of funds;
• Opening an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party ("agent betting").

Any violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required.

7 Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. 88gf does not directly process financial transactions — all payment processing is conducted by the relevant operator and their approved payment service providers.

7.1 Payment Method References

References to payment options on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are presented as familiar local examples for Pakistani users only. 9 Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 Illustrative Nature

Bonus figures presented on this Platform — including PKR amounts such as "PKR 25,000 welcome bonus", "PKR 1,000 referral credit" or tier-based loyalty rewards — are illustrative examples only and do not constitute live, binding offers unless explicitly confirmed as active promotions by the operator.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (playthrough conditions). A wagering requirement of 30x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is released for withdrawal. 9.3 Bonus Abuse

9.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

10 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played through the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published by the relevant game provider or sports data partner. The following general principles apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance except where explicitly permitted by the operator's cash-out or void policy;
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or bet, the result will be determined in accordance with the operator's error resolution policy;
• Odds displayed prior to confirmation are not guaranteed until the bet slip is accepted and a bet reference number is issued;

11 Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or server without express written permission.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88gf and its directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Financial losses resulting from gambling decisions made based on information published on this Platform;
• Service interruptions, data loss or errors in content caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Third-party actions, including the conduct of operators, game providers or payment processors referenced on this Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. 88gf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

14 Suspension & Termination

88gf reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or restrict access to an account temporarily where there is a reasonable suspicion of rule violation, fraud, or security risk;
• Permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms has been established;
• Withhold or forfeit balances where closure arises from verified fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or provision of false registration information;
• Discontinue the Platform or any of its features, permanently or temporarily, with or without notice.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or compliance holds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 8.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law clauses — shall continue to apply after account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88gf is registered and operates, as disclosed in the operator's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory consumer protections or statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your own country or territory.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable under the operator's dispute resolution policy.

Pakistani users are reminded that this Platform makes no claim to being regulated or approved by any Pakistani governmental body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal authority. Use of this Platform is entirely at the user's own legal risk.

16 Amendments to These Terms

88gf reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date;
• Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification;
• Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions;
• If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact us to arrange account closure.

We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the "Effective Date" badge at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
